hi !!!!! Questions..... 1) well i m planning to buy a boss me 25... suggest me some amps within range of 8k which can do well with it & 2) one more thing that is buzzing my head is shud i get an amp and a processor pair or shud i get an amp with built in effects like roland cube 30x or 40xl the second one is of more priority as i can change my plan of buying ME 25 if that comes out to be the case.... regards and i have only 4 days to decide it , so help me as soon as possible
If you're going to play in your bedroom you can just buy the Boss, plug headphones into it and use it. You can't change channels and switch on/off effects on the fly with an amp that has effects built in. You'll have to reach over and manually adjust them every time you need to.

If you are planning to jam often you'll need an amp. If solid state, then at least 30W. If tube then 20W will get you by unless you're playing only clean stuff. The Boss is technically not meant to be run through a guitar amp, it has its own amp models. But there are no decent transparent amps in India, go with the Laney LX35R or Cube 30W, whatever suits you.

Get an All tube amp Dude, get the ME - 25 and an All tube amplifier, a 10 watt all tube amp will be as loud or close to as loud as a 50 watt solid state amplifier, as you will be getting the ME25, so you dont really need an amp with effects on it to be honestl, I would say go for a Laney Cub 10, All tube 10 watt amplifier, and the best part is it takes pedals really well and sounds awesome for the price.
