ibanez vsesp i'd say that go for the esp m100.coz its got the looks... although both are fairly good in the sound arena,,,but the ibanez grg270 is too a common guitar doesn't posses the exclusivity of the esp....
i think go for an esp because i hav heard the 270 tremolo has a problem and it goes out of tune or either go for fixed bridge ibanez
yes...you've heard correctly.....All ibanez Guitars with Edge Or Zero Bridge is made with Tin Foil and it goes out of tune while doing a Dime-squeal or a divebomb... I had an ibanez...until it broke...(the bridge) It has a terrible tuning stability...( Standard , Drop D , Drop B , Half-Step down ) I tried and it really is rubbish.... Go For The Esp ( anyday !!)
have tried both ibanez grg270 and esp ltd m-100....not much difference as such...but esp one got better pickups (lh-150)...ibanez got d usual standard ones...have on grg170 too.. so go for m-100
if u wanna practice 16hrs a day...then u need an ibanez...any ibanez.,..they have the bast necks around....amazing playability...i suggest u don take a floyd guitar...all the cheap ones r unusable...and no esp isnt a better brand...
https://www.bajaao.com/m100fm-flame-maple-electric-guitar-p-4365.html Seriously, wtf? Gut instinct was to say buy either, both are bs. But I guess the GRG-270 may actually be better if you block the whammy and upgrade the electronics. But no financial point in replacing the body itself (the ESP has crud wood covered with a travesty of better wood), though, so that's out, and that's why I'd say GRG-270.
not cheped it frm bajaao... n seriously...270 is d best in grg series...oderwise it sucks...!....buy wateva u want to buy yaar...i suggest u d esp!
Lol, I'm not saying you did, but here we have -A agathis (bad at any given point of time) body with, as you say, relatively good pickups (though at this stage, they're all crap, including the ones in mine - which cost a little more, 22k) -A GRG with a relatively good body and relatively bad pickups. What's easier to replace, body or pickups? oO Then again, people say that at this price range they'll have all have bad quality woods, even if it's a good species (ie sub-decent quality basswood, agathis, etc.), so there's not much of a difference. And some say that a newbs ears will not be developed enough to tell the difference. Lol. And it'll actually be true if you cheap out on the amp. Speaking of which. Selling processor and amp. Good stuff for beginners.
@ultrabot90: agreed! agathis: the most ****ed up wood for guitars.. basswood: above decent! pickups can always be replaced!... go for ibanez..
