I have a GNX-3 and a Roland synth processor and they work but can't hear any sound out of it. Seems like some minor problem with the input/output. Please let me know if there are any service stations anywhere in Chennai or Bangalore that repair these processors. Thanks!
dude check out the musicals man...startin frm pro musicals in egmor(chennai) to shruthi musicals in kilpauk.
i find it very odd that both your processors have lost output. are you sure the problem doesn't lie elsewhere? try different cables, perhaps. go only to authorised representatives of the digitech/roland if you're unsure.
Thanks for the replies! Yes, i went to Musee musicals today and gave them for repair. The main reason why both of the processors went bad is because of a voltage fluctuation. I originally bought the processors in the US with 110V input. But here I was using them for a few months with 220V input.. so maybe the circuit got burnt when there was a voltage fluctuation. About authorized dealers... i couldn't find any for digitech or roland. Let me know if you know of any... thanx!!
Digitech rp355 Just 5-10 Min back i got my RP 355 from USA, i plugged it in power supply .... it started for a brief 2-3 sec then display went off...after that its not responding/starting....i guess this might have happened due to power fluctuation......what you did when you faced same problem ... and does any one know any repair shop in mumbai .... but my giref is i was using same adaptor that company provided.........still ???????
did you bother to check what voltage input was specified? you do realise that american mains voltage is half the indian mains? if you're unsure, post here. don't hold the manufacturer responsible for your own ineptitude before that.
U should have checked the manual before plugging in. Digitech is a part of Harman International; u can look up the web for its office based here. U can also check with Shalu music at fort or Furtados if they can help you.

Same thing happened to me...my friend plugged the 120 voltage adapter straight into the wall without asking me.I disconnected within 2 secs but the damage was done. I have Digitech RP90, got a 240v original digitech adapter at furtados for Rs1200.
