To be very honest i use a separate Amp and speakers. I use an Ahuja 80 Watt Amp and a pair of good speakers. What i mean by good is really good studio quality speaker. It sounds great. Also please not that i am not that great a guitar player and i use no Fender or Ibanez. So i wont be able to tell you how they will feel on my combination of amp and speaker. But you can try.

This is hw i rate the amps:
    line6> roland> laneys> marshall.
N so i suppose spider15 must b gud... Newys, line6 n roland r quite close, just try them out n see wt fits better... Nehw, u wont regret piking any of them.

Just a suggestion.. You can check Youtube for actual user gear tests. Though the sound might not be of studio quality, u can learn quite a bit about the amps.

I did a lotta that when looking for a new amp. From what I could infer both Line6 Spider n Roland Cube 15 are both pretty neat amps. But finally settled for a Laney LC15R. I cudnt be happier about my decision.

    Thanx fr appreciation mate...
N roland or line6, dats quite subjective... So u better try dem out yrself, coz wen i piked my amp, i spent sum 5-6 hrs at furtados trying out marshalls, laneys, rolands n line6... N finally found line6 the best... As wylder found laney gud, so as i said, it depends on you, wt u xpect frm the amp.
a as far as the processor is concerned, i guess korg ax3g doesnt hv an expression pedal, which u myt need a lot. Korg5g hs one. In this budget i'll rate processors as:
    Korg>> digitech> zoom.
Newys, if u getting the amp wid inbuilt effects, u can obviate the need of a processsor fr nw, save up some more n pik a better one sumtym later. If u can increase the budget pik up sumthing frm line6 or boss.

    Roland Cube >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Line 6 Spider 3.
    Get the Roland.
    Seriously.

The effects are better, the distortion is better, the cleans are better.
(cleans based off the infamous Roland Jazz Chorus, one of the ***iest solid state amps ever.)

    Also, consider Vox Valvetronix AD15VT.
It's a bit more expensive, but it's a REALLY nice amp.
    Look it up.

As far as practice amps go, Roland>Laney>Marshall>Line 6
As far as REAL valve amps go:
Marshall and Laney are both great, both very suited for various styles of music.

^U found evn marshalls better den line6... Dats rly rly weird.... I guess we r speaking of marshalls u get in india... Newys, dats quite subjective, opinions can vary a lot... I suppose u dint like the distortion on line6, which is superb in my opinion.
N i never spoke of valves.
    i'll still say,
    Line6>roland>>>>>>>>>>>>laney>>>>>>marshall
Newyz, let the guy decide fr himself... Dere is no point feeding him all this n he piks up widout trying dem thoroughly... Let him spend a day or two at the stores n crank up a few amps himself...

You're right, he should really try em out.

Yup, the distortion (imho) is like a bunch of angry bees in a box. :)
The Marshall has better distortion, the Line 6 has better cleans.
But what any beginner really wants is cool distortion right?! :D

I know you didn't mention valves, i did.
So.....what's been going on recently around here?

True....no effects except distortion on the 15X.
    But its quality.

The Spider has a crapload of effects but they're just okay.
He can get an effects pedal later of he needs.
