looks cool but i can't really see where u have placed the chords in the antras.. i cant tel when u change it .. can u sort that out please.
God, writing those lyrics and placing the chords are a real big headache for us poor musicians man But its pretty simple, just count 1 - 2 - 3 - 4. The chords are all in timing. Let me know if you still have doubts. For example the first antra: Numbers are BARS ....(Aap ki madhosh nazren 1..................2................ G......C..........G......D.......... Kar rahi hai shayari - twice) 3...............4...................... G...............C.........G............... Yeh Ghazal meri nahi 1...............2............ G.......D7.....D7........... Yeh ghazal hai aapki 3...................4.............. D7....G...........D........G.....

I have been looking for this song at places for a long time. Finally I found it here. Thanks Bandbaja for this awsome post.
hi bandbaaja!!! i have some doubts... i m still a beginner how will u come to know where to play the 7th chord and where not to play... it sounds almost same!!!!! for xample u have D7 and D for this song..... plz help me out
for the 7th chord identification, this song is actually a classic example In the line DIL MEIN JAGAYA AAP NE, you can actually play a combination of a D and a C chord one after the another for each syllable change. and then the last note is A where u end with a D chord. Instead, since the start chord is D and the end chord is D and C is incidental between the two D chords, so instead use a D7 that is a D with a C this is just a theory explanation as to how they came on the D7 instead of a D. But as far as hearing is concerned u can easily distinguish a 7th chord. THEY DO NOT SOUND THE SAME AS A NORMAL CHORD but yes it takes time... so dont worry one day you will understand it on your own cheers
