First of all, just because we are amateurs, there is always room for some improvements, even professionals need some improvement sometimes cause not everything they made is good!
Its just what i told you before, the Sur faults have to be improved. The singer has to sing with some more feeling added in his voice, its not that there are no feelings in his voice, but its not what it has to be, i think some professional trainings wouldn't harm him at all, in my opinion he has the capabilities to be a better singer!
