    Hi there

I recently got my new acoustic guitar and I was scouting for guitar classes in Delhi.
I came across Matri kala mandir in aurobindo ashram, there they have two courses.

    Hawaiian guitar, and spanish guitar.
so what is this hawaiian guitar?

I am interested in-playing solo guitar, folk type of music,
like John Fahey, Iron and Wine, Bob Dylan, Gustavo Santaolalla and I also love spanish styles.

For your interest and requirements - spanish will suit you.

Hawaian is mainly played using slide. And the frets are just markers - you don't actually press the strings on the frets.
So if your interest is in playing emotive slides then go for Hawaian course.
