been cheated on:shock:, lost something precious, failed in a venture, had a fight, rejected by the love of your life, insulted in public:, feeling alone, no one's there for you, regretting recent decisions or plain simple bad luck:aggre:.

how do you put yourself back together. Please share it with others. Might help them too. While it helps you. :beer:

 

i usually try and write, play some guitar, take a walk/long bike ride, sleep (one of the best!! only if you can do it)
