In the first verse, I'd change Gm to Gm7. Nice chords. Where'd you get them from?

@sayantan: A lot of times chord extensions(7s, 9s etc) bring out the sound better even if they've not been used on the guitar per se. i.e.- a lot of times they're not used but implied. However, if you're playing alone, you want to use them sometimes. Try experimenting with chords a little even if you know they're correct. It's fun.

friends i just hear that if i replace Gm by A# in "tum ho toh yeh" and all remains same,then how it will be?

Gm sounds better so i prefer sayantan_guha's chords
E7 is better than E in this song.
