THE FURTADOS (MUMBAI) SUCK SO BAD....i mean...they dont even ****in listen to you...one day i called them to ask about some esp guitar n they dint even knew the model names......( n they are the only dealers mentioned on esp site ).....they told me that esp kh2 does not even exist.......... after making ****ing lame excuses they asked me to confrm via mail...thru which i dint get any reply....after complaining to the esp i got a reply .......they are only gud at sucking COCKS when they have to sell the guitar they have....

yeah, i found my last few visits to furtados extremely disappointing. not only did they almost totally wreck my 6 string bass, but they're going to wreck their in-house tube amplifiers somewhere down the line by using an instrument cable to connect the head to the cab. these are the amps they rent out for gigs.... and then wonder why their pricey equipment fails. then there was the time the guitar dept. chap tried to tell me that the laney LC50 was a 200W tube amp. i told him it was 50W, the two 6L6s being proof of that... he was almost insulted that i had corrected him and insisted it was 200W. he was quite shocked when i revealed to him that the "50" in "LC50" might just be a subtle hint at the fact that the output is indeed 50W... i can't stand it when people don't know anything about the products they sell and don't have a technically competent person in-house who does. furtados should stick to pianos and classical instruments, that's what they do best. bhargava's mumbai is currently home to some of the coolest equipment and guitars in town.
