Hi,

I am new to this forum. I have found it to be extremely helpful in getting chords for various songs that I play.

I own an acoustic guitar, probably china-made. I have been playing on it for sometime now (almost two years!). But now I feel bored by it's sound. Its fretboard is kinda losing it's polish and it has some dents into it too.

Also, I am into rock and heavy metal songs (linkin park, metallica, ozzy osbourne, led zeppelin, etc.) and was thinking about getting a new electric guitar.

Which brand should I prefer?? What are easily available in India, specifically Delhi?
Except Givson, I cant find any other guitar which fits the bill.
My budget is around 6.5 K.
