Just kidding, they're talented in their own but I could never get into that scene.

The new Severe Torture album is going to be pretty sweet.

Neurosis: Given to The Rising is probably the best 2007 DM record out there right now IMO.

Meshuggah rules man.But a lot of polyrythmic bands have cropped up.
Check out "Tesseract" and "Textures".Brilliant bands.

Opeth (well, everyone likes them)
Meshuggah
Strapping Young Lad
Dillinger Escape Plan (punk influenced metal)

Also, that cartoon metal band Dethklok, their album has two or three good songs

I belong to the era - when Judas Priest and Iron Maiden were the extreme metal.

Among extreme metal,my favourites are meshuggah and cradle of filth!

Got myself a copy of cradle's latest album God's speed on the devil's thunder 2 months back!Goodness me,the album is EPIC!
Dani filth is an amazing vocalist!He excels throughout the album with his high pich shreaks and low pitched growls!A must have album for all extreme metal lovers!

Tracks to check out - The 13th Ceasar,Tragic kingdom,honey and sulphur,darkness incarnate!
By any chance dont miss out darkness incarnate!Its a very intense song!

Guys a very good news of all grindcore,goregrind lovers!

Carcass are reuniting!Band members are the same except ken owen who suffered from some brain disease few years back and the poor fellow lost all his drumming skills!Its very sad for a guy who was one of the very few to master the blast beat!The new drummer is Arch enemy's Daniel Erlandsson!
