Bheege Honth tere from Murder

i m trying to play these chords .....
i am very poor at it and need help regarding strumming pattern ....
how to strum them? .... currently i play vey slowly and do only one down stroke, at the word where chord is written ....
plz help

madhura,keep listing to the flute and the beats and try to strum along.Its too easy.
