I recall seeing a request for this one.
Got round to digging out the CD and had a listen to it.
The song is in the key of D.
The intro is long but the first set of intro chords are:

    (Bm…C……………………G……
aa haa haa, o o, ho ho ho,
    Bm/…C………….G…..Bm…..

Not very sure of this bit

    Thanks folks for your replies...
Abhi: I am sure you play it in G and it sounds good...what I have posted is for the original by Asha, and that is in D
Vini: whilst appreciating ur comment about the 'G', it would have been more helpful if you had listened to the song and then be certain about your suggestion...which is based on 'memory'...and you know what they say about memory...I'd rather trust a woman than memory...

Vini is right. The G does not fit in there--an F# sounds better.
