F cut comes handy when u get to an intermediate level and start soloing..At that time u really need to reach out the higher frets for soloing....But thats the time when u actually plan on buying an electric guitar..
Make ur decision based on the following:-
1) Once you get better would u be able to afford a good electric guitar? If not then buy an F Cut else Any acoustic will do for learning
2) If there is not much price difference in a normal guitar and a F cut guitar then go for a F cut guitar
3) Do u really need Electric/Acoustic? If yes then save up for an Amp too...
* I would suggest, stick to a pure acoustic guitar for learning..Start saving up for a better Electric later on. For learning..Yamaha, Granada, Pluto are really good guitars....Use them for a year or so and then move to electric.
