Just walk into any church near your home and ask the choir practice there.
    They would know about it.

(And won't advise you to sell yourself to register at some school in US)

Nathaniel School of Music in Bangalore offers vocal lessons.

And yes, church choirs do help especially if you are trying to learn harmonizing and coming up with alternate parts. BTW, you looking at SATB type singing or solo vocals?

Well, it depends on what denomination the church belongs to.

Most churches require you to believe in what you are doing because let's face it, the church service is not a public rock concert...

You need to believe in the Bible.

Humanity takes last precedence in religious matters.

haha, I found this song in particular quite lame...I liked the movie too. In music related hindi movies, my favourite has to be Kabhi Haa Kabhi Na. Actually, it's probably my favourite Hindi movie. Some of the tunes are amazing (albeit borrowed but I think people make far too big a deal about it...borrowing a tune and making a good song out of it is still not easy).

    This song was great imo:

Sachi Yeh Kahani Hai ( Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa ) - YouTube

I got a bit of a shock when I first heard Boney M sing Rasputin but it's still a very well made song!

ooh and the melody that he plays when his heart is broken is actually a folk tune from Czech which I really like as well:

Smetana: Die Moldau aus Ma Vlast (solo guitar version: arranged & edited) - YouTube
