Assuming you will get a job in TATA kind of call centers..
hehe.. Interview te jiggasa korbe
1. Mobile sombondhe (Specifically speakin', kon model er ki feature etao jiggasa korte pare)
2. Keno call canter bhalo lage ebong kidhoroner kaaj ekhane korte chao
3. Life er motto...
etc..
Jegulo thakle bhalo...
1. English.. Jerokom ee janish na keno, spoken english ta bhalo hote hobe..
2. Boliye koiye hote hobe and shud be able to solve problems..
2. Bhalo typing speed.. Karon toke kotha bolte bolte call summary nite hobe..
4. Passion...
Ja korbe..
Sadharonoto kono call canter ee prothome floor e namiye dae na.. Age 1-2 months training korabe (Mock calls etc).tarpor test.. Pash korle r call e boshabe na hole abar training.. Ei period e kom taka pay kore..Oder ekta target call thake like 10-15 call per hour (Depends on the company itself)..
Target achieve na kora obdhi charbe na...
Tinte shift e duty hobe jodi tui fully kaaj korish to.. Onek somoy part time job paoa jai with fixed timings..
