Seeing old web pages due to server cache

help!!! I m using cable net. now the problem is that the main server has cache that stores web pages so when we log in to that site next time the page is opened fron that cache not the original.Old pages opens every time u open that page untill the cache is cleared, which a user can not do. My network administrator is lazy he clears cache weekly and in a week many updates are there on the sites infact I miss many things . I used ctrl+F5 but this does not work. CAn any buddy tell me the way to cope with this problem.

You should send a feedback mail to website administration or owner of the website regarding this problem....
