    hey abhi
    i hope you have already deleted all the cookies, temp files and history.
    try doing this to reset the ie. to default settings..
    Click the 'Start' button in Windows.
    Select 'Run.'
    Enter 'regsvr32 msxml3.dll' in the 'Open:' field, and click 'OK.'

    check if it works... Dont format
    i dont think its a virus... if you are considering another browser.. i wud say go for opera 8.5

    Dude .. like some suggested here you can get a different anitvirus, get your hardisk partitioned and set up everything afresh, get a newer version of IE, get a better spyware removal tool or whatever ..... but here is the ultimate solution dude , like some other guyz have already suggested ........

    GET FIREFOX ...................................
