The overall music feels barebones to me. Could do with a 'fuller' composition. The bass is either turned down really low, or isn't present. I feel it could've worked wonders in this (there are vestiges of it in the mix). A slight delay/echo could add to the feeling as well.
"The world's...lost in time" <-nice singing there. Can't say if I liked the "Her eyes" vocal slur bit. I like the music post 2:30, "happy -> sad -> happy" arpeggio. Neat. The outro after that really brings out a wintery feeling.
What could've made it better is 1. Smoother playing (portamento, is it called?) 2. Adding volume only where you want to emphasise the melody line (it's all picked like a melody line right now, the whole of the arpeggio.)
Overall? I feel this a pro-skill song...sadly not pro-feeling-inducing. Outro does the title justice at best.
