Record this song again..or if you can remove the drum loops
it does sound good but i feel it'll sound much better without the drums
you have a lovely voice
it was a bit fast in some places or maybe the drum is overlapping your voice
maybe i'm wrong..but thats what i feel
donno why i havent heard any of your recordings dear
but henceforth i surely will..
Thus drifting afar to the dim-vaulted caves
Where life and its ventures are laid,
The dreamers who gaze while we battle the waves
May see us in sunshine or shade;
Yet true to our course, though the shadows grow dark,
We'll trim our broad sail as before,
And stand by the rudder that governs the bark,
Nor ask how we look from the shore!
Oliver Wendell Holmes
huh!!!!!!!!!! u've a damn se*y vioce ,,, gud singing..........
the one who injured you was either stronger or weaker
------ if he was weaker spare him if he was stronger spare yourself
ur right, it did go fast, thanks for listening to it
Like you said, it sounds more like the Alana Davis version. I thought the vocals could have been better but the guitar was really nicely done. What do you use for the drum loops?
And surely youíll buy your pint cup !
and surely Iíll buy mine !
And we'll take a cup oí kindness yet,
for auld lang syne.
I cut the drum bit out of the beginning of another song -Fast Car (acoustic version) by Tracy Chapman and looped it
ncie guitars, AWESOME vocals. great going Trishy.
why dont you try releasing english cum hindi mix fusion kind of your accent suits english songs. I am hoping your hindi wont be bad like angrez so that may sound nice and something new coz' very few people have got good accent in both.
-Practice doesn't make perfect. Perfect Practice makes it perfect. I realized..
I was just going thru all the covers posted here to which i havent given any reply..i wonder how come i missed it....guitar sounds beautifully in sync wid beats..i dont really think that beats are any faster than rest of the things..i think it was just perfect
good yaar..really good
.. Rock got no reason
Rock got no rhyme ..
I LOOOOOVE this song. One of my Difranco faves I thought you did a fantastic job - did you play the guitar throughout, or play a bit and then copy and paste it? cos its a bit monotonous? Just one thing - might want to add reverb to your vocals - they'll stand out - right now they're sometimes drowned by the music. Lovely though - really lovely!
sounds great, drums r gud, voice sounds gud, but there are a couple of places perhaps where it seems a bit out... on the whole it is very gud... reps if possible
Murder For a Jar of Red Rum!
failure 2 prepare, is preparing 2 fail, :(
if you keep doing things the way they've always been done, then you'll keep getting the things you've always got
thanks a lot man
yeah, my hindi sounds fine, hmm.. maybe someday i'll try what u suggested
thanks when i meant faster, i meant, than the original song, u'll realise when u listen to the original or Alana Davis' version.
I'm lazy, I played once n looped it Thanks though! I'll use reverb next time, or if I record this one again.
thanks a lot!

A touhc of reverb will enhance the volcals since most of the recording is done in a small room where the natural reverb is not good.
But most of the ppl I have seen on IGT use far too much of reverb. And the end result is taht it seems pushed far away from the mic. And the vocals, which should ideally sound like Lead guitars, doest sound so.
You donít get what you deserve, you get what you negotiate.
exactly. thats' why when i heard it i felt it was wonderfully "finished" and didn't need any more work. it was sounding great as it was.
hey.. loved it. vry nice..
