    Coke vs. Pepsi .

I was wondering why people think one of these soft drinks is better than the other. So I would like coke and pepsi fans to answer why they favor one moe than the other. I personally like coke better.

coke with bacardi goes even better

I have no personal preference. I drink aerated drinks ony when offered. I would rather take fruit juice. If that fails, I will take my coffee/tea

the PH level of coke and pepsi in INDIA is about 2.3 and in States its about 5.3. the PH level decides how concentrated the solution is or how diluted the solution is...if my memory is not bad enuff and let me tell you 2.3 ph level is hazardeous.

    Try this experiment.

Put coke or pepsi into your toilet and within half and an hour u'll notice that the toilet is absoutely sparking and clean. its nothing but a toilet cleaner. the cost of coke or pepsi is around 12 bucks i think (long time since i had one) per 300 ml. the total cost for making the solution is about Rs.1.50 paisa per bottle. they dont have to worry about bottle since it is reuseable. They are making huge profit and they dont even care about your health. Atleast the cigarette companies put up a warning and tell us dats its hazardeous to our health. There is no value for a customer in India. When we found dat there is poison or something wrong in Cadbury chocolate, they were blaming the shopkeepers for keeping it and selling when after the expiry date was over. All they do is blame each other and no one respects customer.

In japan, i remember when Toyota company launched a new car. Customers found out a major fault in their cars...when they complained, toyota made a research, and found out dat there was a big hole in the engine which was making the car not run properly. the very next day, on the front page of each and every newspaper, there was a picture of the whole team of toyota along with project managers and CEOs and the working team bowing down and at the bottom of the picture it was written.....

    "WE ARE SORRY"..

Dats the respect they give to the customers.

believe me guys i got nothing to gain here....stop drinking coke and pepsi. its a toilet cleaner.
    I choose misery.

When a poisoneous snake bites you; Do you try to chase him or do you try to remove the poison?

I usually take fruit juice but I must admit that Coca Cola goes quite well with vodka.

    Lightbulb Slow Poisons!

@fictional_real: pH Level determines how Acidic or Basic(Alkaline) a solution is.. not whether the solution is concentrated or diluted!
Neutral solutions i.e. like water has pH level 7!
Its a scale from 0-14 wherein, below 7 the solution is acidic and above 7 the solution is basic(alkaline)!

Following is the writeup which i distributed among my school mates long back...
An interesting piece of information .......
Have a look at the wrapper on a Coca-Cola 1.5 litre bottle and in the
ingredients label you will find phosphoric acid in it.
Minute quantities of ethylene glycol is also used (which is acknowledged in the soft drink world for making it really chill").

This is popularly known as anti-freeze which prevents water from freezing at
0 deg C and instead drops it by 4-5 degrees with minute quantities.
This chemical is a known slow poison in the caliber of arsenic. So, if you
manage to drink about 4 litres of Coke within an hour or so, You can die.
Read along and give up these dangerous things.
Be natural, have flavoured milks, tender coconuts, butter milk, lassi and plain water instead of these "soft" drinks.

Guess what's the pH for soft drinks, e.g. Coke? pH 3.4! This acidity is
strong enough to dissolve teeth and bones! Our human body stops building
bones at the age of about 30.
Soft drinks do not have any nutrition value (in terms of vitamins &minerals). It is high in sugar content, carbonic acid, chemicals i.e.colorings etc.
Some like to take cold soft drinks after each meal.
Guess what's the impact? Our body needs an optimum temperature of 37 degrees Celsius for digestive enzyme functioning. The temperature of cold soft drinks is very much below 37 degrees or even close to 0 degrees Celsius. This will dilute the enzymes & stress the digestive system. The food taken will not be digested. In fact it will be fermented ! The fermented food produces gases, decays and becomes toxin, gets absorbed by the intestine, circulates in the blood stream and is carried to the whole body. Hence toxin is accumulated in other parts of the body, developing into various diseases.

Think before you drink coke/Pepsi (or any soft drink) again.
Have you ever thought what you drink when you drink an aerated drink?
You gulp down carbon dioxide, when nobody in the world would advise you to
    drink CO2.
There was a competition at Delhi University- Who could drink the most Coke?" The winner drank 8 bottles and fainted on the spot-too much CO2 in the blood. Thereafter, the principal banned all soft drinks from the college canteen ! While this might have been an extreme measure, the results
do provide some food for thought.

Did you know that soft drinks use chemicals in them that cause immense harm to you. Someone put a broken tooth in a bottle of Pepsi and in 10 days it DISSOLVED! Can you believe it? Teeth and bones are the only human parts that stay intact for years after death.

Imagine what the drink must be doing to your soft intestines and stomach
lining! Forward this message to your friends to increase the awareness of
    the great "Assumed soft drinks".

In India, people hesitate to pay Rs.7-8/- for a tender coconut but prefer to
pay Rs. 10/- and drink these deadful products.
Please read this and forward to all your friends you care.

Hope now you all believe in me why i don't drink soft beverages??!!!
For me, either Coke or Pepsi or any other **** is only used.. when i have a heavy diet & need to kick out the GAS formed due to indigestion from my stomach!
