So the bridge pulled off my Tak, need to get it fixed.
There's the route of giving it to Furtados or Bhargavas, but my experience with those kind of guys is not so hot when it comes to repairs, plus the intonation of the repaired guitar is always hell (acoustic, no easy way to fix that).
If you had to get yours fixed, where would you go?
I remember a guy at the Pro Audio show who did specialised repairs, he had a stall which was pretty interesting. I lost his card when I moved - anyone have a hint of who he was?
The last time I got a git fixed by Reynolds, I had to throw it away. They did the neck repair OK, but filed all the frets down to the bone and gorged out the bridge pinholes because THEIR strings had big balls that don't fit regular guitars.
TIA for the help.
Edit: Thanks anyway, found the number for Albertos on another thread, that was the guy.
